OWNRIDES
Co-founder & CTO
Travel on your own terms.
I co-founded OWNRIDES to help travelers find local private drivers and plan their own trips in Taiwan and Thailand.
My work spanned product direction, UI/UX, and engineering. I turned customer feedback into experiments, features, and tools, while leading a small team and staying close to customers and driver partners.

I shaped the roadmap and shipped UI/UX experiments and product features. Customer conversations, search data, and competitor research helped me decide what to work on next.
Beyond the product, I managed supplier relationships and customer support, wrote content, built automation tools, and pitched to customers and investors. I also led a team of 3–5 part-time staff, interns, and contractors.
